This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Cubis Ltd ("Registrar"), a company registered in the United Kingdom, located at 63-66 Hatton Garden, Fifth Floor, Suite 23, London, United Kingdom, EC1N 8LE, and the undersigned individual or entity ("Registrant") for the registration of a domain name ("Domain Name") under the [TLD] (Top-Level Domain) offered by the Registrar.

By registering a domain name through Cubis Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Domain Registration

1.1 Grant of Rights: Upon successful registration, the Registrar grants the Registrant the right to use the Domain Name for the registration period specified at the time of registration. This right is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and compliance with applicable laws.

1.2 Registration Term: The standard registration period is one (1) year, unless a longer period is agreed upon during the registration process. The Domain Name will expire unless renewed by the Registrant.

2. Registrant Responsibilities

2.1 Accurate Information: The Registrant agrees to provide accurate and complete information for the registration and maintenance of the Domain Name, including contact details, name, and address.

2.2 Updating Information: The Registrant is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all registration information, including contact information. If any information changes, the Registrant agrees to update their account within a reasonable time.

2.3 Compliance: The Registrant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement when using the Domain Name. This includes complying with the relevant laws concerning intellectual property rights, trademarks, and any third-party claims.

3. Data Protection

3.1 Collection and Use of Personal Data: The Registrar collects and processes personal data as part of the domain registration process, in accordance with Cubis Ltd's Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used for the registration, maintenance, and management of the Domain Name.

3.2 Disclosure of Information: The Registrant acknowledges that the Registrar may be required to disclose certain information to third parties, including public registries, regulatory bodies, or in response to legal obligations.

3.3 Data Retention: The Registrar retains personal data for as long as necessary to maintain the Domain Name and comply with legal obligations, as outlined in Cubis Ltd's Privacy Policy. Upon deactivation or expiration of the Domain Name, personal data may continue to be retained for legal and operational purposes.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Registration Fees: The Registrant agrees to pay the fees specified at the time of registration for the registration period. Fees are non-refundable once the Domain Name has been successfully registered.

4.2 Renewal Fees: Renewal of the Domain Name is subject to additional fees. The Registrant will be notified prior to the expiration of the registration period. Failure to renew the Domain Name by the expiration date may result in the loss of the Domain Name.

5. Security and Account Protection

5.1 Security Measures: The Registrar has implemented security measures to protect the Registrant's personal data and the Domain Name account. However, the Registrant is responsible for securing their account, including choosing strong passwords and keeping their login credentials confidential.

5.2 Loss of Domain Name: The Registrant acknowledges that the Registrar is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to the Registrant's account.

6. Termination

6.1 Registrar’s Right to Terminate: The Registrar may suspend or terminate the Domain Name registration if the Registrant fails to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including failure to maintain accurate contact information or pay the required fees.

6.2 Registrant’s Right to Terminate: The Registrant may terminate this Agreement by requesting the Registrar to cancel the Domain Name registration, subject to applicable fees and the Registrar’s cancellation policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Registrar’s Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Registrar is not liable for any loss or damage, including loss of business or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the Domain Name, or from the suspension or termination of the Domain Name.

7.2 Registrant’s Responsibility: The Registrant is solely responsible for ensuring that the Domain Name does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, including trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the United Kingdom.

9. Modifications to the Agreement

9.1 Changes to the Agreement: The Registrar may modify the terms of this Agreement from time to time. The Registrant will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Domain Name will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
